Delete Your Account
This action will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What will be deleted:
- Your Google sign-in connection
- All cloud-synced learning progress
- Quiz scores and mastery data
- Achievement progress
- Credit balance (unused credits will be lost)
- Purchased vocabulary books access
What will NOT be deleted:
- Local data on your device (until you uninstall the app)
- Purchase records held by Apple/Google (for refund purposes)
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Scroll down to the Cloud Sync section
- Tap Sign Out to disconnect your Google account
- Go to Danger Zone section
- Tap Reset Everything to delete all local data
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer manual deletion, send an email to:

FAQ
Can I recover my data after deletion?
No. Once deleted, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What about my purchased vocabulary books?
Purchased books are tied to your account. You will lose access to purchased content, but your purchase history with Apple/Google is retained for refund purposes.
Can I keep my local progress without cloud sync?
Yes! You can sign out of Google to disconnect cloud sync while keeping your local progress on your device.
How long does deletion take?
In-app deletion is instant. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
