By downloading, installing, or using A Simple Way to Learn Japanese ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
A Simple Way to Learn Japanese is a mobile application designed to help users learn Japanese through interactive quizzes, vocabulary books, and spaced repetition technology.
Free and Premium Content
Free Content
The following content is provided free of charge:
- All 104 hiragana characters
- All 104 katakana characters
- Ramen Shop vocabulary book
- Practice and Endless game modes
Premium Content
Additional vocabulary books can be purchased using credits obtained through:
- In-app purchases
- Completing achievements
- Watching optional reward videos
New users receive 300 bonus credits upon registration.
In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.
User Accounts
Creating an account is optional but required to sync progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of A Simple Way to Learn Japanese and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or learning progress.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
